| How do I renew my website membership? |
| · For renewal of your site, on the date you need to renew your site, when you log onto your site "Administration" you will be prompted to renew your membership. Your site will remain viewable but you will not be able to make any changes until membership is renewed. |

| How do I purchase additional storage space for my website once I have purchased a Gold Package? |
| · Space may be purchased by going to your site Administration and then choosing "Upgrade My Site". Space may be purchased in increments of 20 MB for $25.00. |

| On the order page, what does “site title” mean? |
| On the Order Page “site title” stands for the YOURNAME part of your URL.. Because it is going to be your URL it can only be letters, numbers and hyphens. Once you order your site, you will be able to change the site name that shows on your website to have other characters in it such as an apostrophe, but your URL site title cannot have these characters. |

| Will my credit card be charged every year? |
| No. We do not store credit card information. When it is time for you to renew your site, you will be asked to enter your credit card informaiton on our secure renewal order page when you log onto Administration. |

| How do I pay for my website? |
| · Go to the OurNewsOnline Order Page (https://www.ournewsonline.com/ono/websiteorder.asp). This is a secure page and orders are processed through Authorize.net CyberSource. We accept Visa and MasterCard. OurNewsOnline.com does not store credit card information, so on your renewal date you will be prompted to enter your credit card information again. We do not automatically bill our customers. |

| How safe is my information? |
| · Our website is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. You will notice a yellow lock appearing on your window toolbar on the Order Page symbolizing this. We do not keep credit card information on file. You will NOT be automatically billed each year for renewal. |

| Is my website secure? |
| · We recognize that security is important to our customers. We do not publish or have a searchable list of any of our members’ accounts. We do not sell any information given to us by our customers. Furthermore, we recommend that you password protect your website. To password protect your site, click “On” by "Website Password Protection for Visitors" and click “Save Settings”. To turn off your site protection, click “Off” by “Website Password Protection for Visitors” and click “Save Settings”. Choose a password by typing it in the box across from "Website Password Protection for Visitors" by the word "Password" and click "Save Settings" when done. Passwords are case sensitive. |

| How do I upload photos, movie and audio clips to my site? |
| · This is a quite simple process. We have an upload feature under your site Administration that allows to you easily upload photos, movie and audio clips from your computer or camera. To add pictures, log onto your site “Administration” and choose “Upload Pictures”. Use the “browse” button to select the picture you want to upload. Once found, click “click to upload”. It will state, “Uploading” while the picture is uploading. Once uploaded, your picture will show and you can add a caption (no more than 105 characters). You may also choose a picture folder by using the down arrow. Click “save” when finished. | How do I redeem a Gift Certificate or Discount Code? |
| To redeem your Gift Certificate or Discount Code click the “order now” tab on our home page. Follow the order page prompts and enter your gift certificate code in the “Discount Code or Gift Certificate” box. This box is case sensitive so be sure to copy your code directly as it was given to you. |

| How many pictures does a website hold? |
| · This depends on the package you choose, as each package offers a different amount of space. However, we do recommend optimizing your pictures and movie/audio clips as this will help you conserve space. Optimizing your images allows you to manage your site’s space, by making the pictures smaller and is easy to do. The typical photo not optimized is around 500 KB, when optimized the size is around 50 KB. You can see how this would greatly increase the number of pictures you can put on your website. To optimize your images, log onto your website Administration, click on “upload photos”, then click on “optimize my images”, then chose the photos you want to upload and click “upload images”. The images you upload will be automatically optimized for you. You may also download FREE image optimization software from our support center (https://www.ournewsonline.com/ono/optimize.asp) and optimize your images PRIOR to uploading them (this recommended for dial-up connections). |

| Can I use a website for more than one child? |
| Yes!! Our websites perfect for multiple kids. You have the ability to choose your site name (i.e. Jones Family or Emily & Ryan Jones, etc) and the ability to add multiple folders. Many of our customers make folders labeled with each child’s name or make folders by month. Some customers have multiple sites, to link their sites together; they have added the URL of each website to the Resource section. If you have multiple children, this is a great way to have a site for each child but connect the sites together for visitors. To add a link to Resources, log onto your site “Administration” and choose “Change Resource Links”. Fill out the website address, name and comment then click “add link”. |

| Is the Order Page secure? |
| Any time you're asked to give personal information on a webpage, the web address should begin with "https:". The "s" stands for "secure" and is your key to knowing your information is protected. You will also see a lock appear in the bottom corner of your browser. Our Order Pages are secure and the address in your browser will begin with "https" and a lock will show. |

| Our administrative tools are simple and easy-to-use allowing you to: create your website, update it and share it with others. You don't need to know anything about web design or programming to have an adorable website. Within minutes you can have your own personalized baby website to share with your family and friends. | Why do I need a website when I can e-mail my photos? |
| There are many benefits of presenting your photos in an online album. We provide the website designs and management tools that make creating and presenting individual photo albums fun and easy. You are able to add captions to personally describe each photo and sort your photos into albums. In addition you get many other great benefits from creating an entire website, such as chronicling events, the ability to upload Movies/Audio, message boards and much more. | How do I optimize my movie/audio clips? |
| · Windows XP offers audio/video editing software “Microsoft Movie Maker”. It’s fun and easy to use. You can download Microsoft Movie Maker for free if you have Windows XP at the following link; http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2mspx and follow the simple instructions. Or, if your digital camera is capable of capturing audio/video, it may come with software to edit and optimize it. |
